Hello all,

As I attempted to create a meeting request using Outlook 2016 with ctrl plus shift plus Q, the program froze, causing Jaws to become unresponsive. I am wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem and knows a fix?
Thank you for any assistance.

Use the ribbons to get to it.
I don't think it is the program, I think it might be Jaws.
Ask one of your roommates to watch as you do it to learn what programs freezing.

Thanks for the suggestion. At all costs, I attempt to avoid the ribbons if possible. Smile.

Okay, I have attempted to navigate to the "Meeting Request" via the ribbon method, but Jaws and Outlook still are not responding. Therefore, a quick repair of Office has begun. Any other suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks.
